Subprocessors

FlowCP (Inova Studio LLC) uses a small set of third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to operate the Service. This page is the current, canonical list referenced by our Privacy Policy.

How we use subprocessors

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the subprocessors below, and only to operate the Service. Each subprocessor is contractually required to protect personal information and to use it solely to provide its services to us.

Current subprocessors

SubprocessorPurpose
RailwayApplication hosting, PostgreSQL database, Redis
CloudflareCDN, TLS/custom-domain provisioning, edge/Workers
StripeSubscription billing and payment processing
OpenRouterLarge-language-model inference for the AI chat widget / Playground
ResendTransactional email (e.g., account, billing, and alert notifications)
Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, EU)Privacy-focused, cookieless website / product analytics (aggregate only)
GitHub / GitLabGit-backed source connections (only if you connect a Git source)

Some subprocessors are engaged only when you opt into the related feature — for example, Stripe applies when you subscribe to a paid plan, and GitHub / GitLab apply only if you connect a Git source.

Changes to this list

We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update this page and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to Customers who have a Data Processing Addendum with us.
